Crooked Arm - Schoolhouse Gap - Turkey pen - Crib Gap

Today was another great day of hiking in the park.  I did the exact hike as in the following link:

I had hoped to start at Schoolhouse Gap, but I couldn't find it and eventually just drove to the Cades Cove Loop road for the hike.

 Scott Mtn is still officially closed.  It didn't appear that any work has been done on it since I hiked it last year.  There are still about 20 or 30 places where the trees on the trail have to be navigated.  In addition there are a couple of spots where the trail is very narrow with a steep drop on one side.

There were still places with water on the trail from the big rains.  This was on Turkey pen.
